"One of the biggest things we've learned is that families want health care to be easier to navigate. Whether it's finding the right care, connecting virtually, using digital tools to manage their health or accessing specialized services closer to home, people want options that fit into their lives,” Ryan said. “Our job is to listen and continue building solutions around those needs."
While the hospital recently celebrated its first anniversary, Ryan said the focus isn't on milestones; it's on continuing to learn from the community and finding new ways to make health care more accessible, connected and patient-centered.
