Twenty homes in Phase 2 of the Founders Ridge development, located at 150 Osage Court, Dripping Springs, are now for sale through developer Taylor Morrison Home Corporation. Floor plan options range from 1,900-3,700 square feet, and prices begin at $300,000, according to a May 31 news release from the developer. According to a site plan for the development, both phases will have a total of 110 homes at build-out. A third phase for Founders Ridge is also proposed and underway. The development will also include a community park and walking paths.
