Long-anticipated barbecue restaurant The Switch is set to open Friday at Belterra Village, 166 Hargraves Street, Ste. G100, Austin. Opened by Shane Stiles, the owner of Stiles Switch BBQ & Brew, the new restaurant will offer counter service for lunch every afternoon, a full-service bar and dinner service in the evening and brunch on Sundays. Lunch and dinner menu features barbecue; Cajun-style sandwiches and salads; and seafood plates like gumbo, shrimp and catfish.
