Last Stand Brewing Company, located at 12345 Pauls Valley Road, Bldg. I, Austin, near Fitzhugh Road, began offering food out of its own on-site food trailer this summer. Called the Brewer’s Choice Grill, the brewery is now serving sliders, loaded fries, sandwiches and tacos.
