After 15 years of operating solely out of food trucks, Stony’s Pizza opened in its first brick-and-mortar location in March at 9521 Hwy. 290, Austin. Stony’s serves authentic New York-style pizza as well as gyros and pasta dishes. The business launched a soft opening earlier in March, offering a limited menu of pizza, calzones, sandwiches and salads.
