Ghost Note Brewing, a new Dripping Springs brewery, is slated to come to 23663 RR 12 sometime in 2020. According to owners Kenny and Thelma Coleman, the ground has officially been broken on the project.
"We've been at this a couple of years, and as of last week, we're moving dirt," Kenny Coleman said.
Ghost Note will include a taproom and brew house and will have "a backyard kind of feel," according to the owners. The Colemans said they want to recreate the feeling of hosting friends for a back porch barbecue.
"We've always enjoyed people having a good time at our place, and hosting for people," Coleman said. "We just kind of wanted to extend that."
