Gong Cha will open a bubble and milk tea shop at 4220 W. William Cannon Drive, Ste. 140, Austin, on July 17.
Owner Shane Pang said the soft opening will start July 17-21, with a grand opening event planned for July 22-23. During the grand opening event, the location will offer one free drink with every drink purchased from the top ten menu—excluding slush and hot drinks—with a limit of four drinks per order.
Pang said the top ten drinks are:
- Milk foam green tea
- Pearl milk tea
- Earl Grey milk tea with 3Js
- Passionfruit green tea
- Dirty drown sugar milk tea
- Strawberry milk tea
- Taro milk
- Matcha tea latte
- Lemon ai-yu white pearl
- Mango milk slush
There are four steps to order: select either hot or cold, choose a size, add toppings, and decide a level of ice and sugar grade. The shop also offers a slush series in various flavors.
