AEG Presents announced new details about its 65,000-square-foot live music venue, including a naming rights deal with United Heritage Credit Union to call the venue United Heritage Hall, according to a news release. The venue is slated to open in spring 2027 in East Austin.

The project will anchor River Park, a 109-acre mixed-use community in Riverside—detailed as a “vibrant, walkable district that brings new music, culture and entertainment” to the east side, according to the release. River Park, from developer Presidium, will bring 10 million square feet of residential, commercial and open space.

United Heritage Credit Union CEO Michael Ver Schuur said the credit union’s leaders are glad to be associated with what he called a “premier facility.”
“To have our name associated with that in the live music capital of the world, that’s just a win-win situation for United Heritage to be able to do something local with a music venue that will [host local acts],” Ver Schuur told Community Impact. “We’re excited to be part of the local music scene in Austin.”
United Heritage Credit Union executives said the naming rights partnership is a way to keep the credit union involved in the community.
“We want United Heritage membership to mean more than a compelling set of financial products,” said Samantha Hess, chief experience officer at United Heritage Credit Union.
“Partnerships like United Heritage Hall with AEG give us a powerful way to create new value for members through access, experiences and benefits that connect with the lives they’re already living.”
The details
The 4,000-capacity venue will host global touring artists, newer and local acts, according to the release. Visitors can expect to see state-of-the-art sound and lighting, as well as luxury suites and artist spaces.
United Heritage Hall’s design will draw inspiration from 1920s-era Art Deco architecture, the release states. It will feature state-of-the-art sound and lighting equipment, luxury suites, VIP seating and more, according to the release.
