A representative for the business did not immediately respond to inquiries confirming the location, but the TDLR listing states the $850,000, 32,219 square-foot space could be complete in October.
The store sells name brand clothing, shoes and accessories for women, men and children, along with home goods and beauty items, at 20% to 60% off department store prices.
