The event offers community members the opportunity to declutter their space while protecting their personal information. Documents will be shredded on-site.
Participants can bring documents such as:
“We love hosting this annual event because it’s a simple way we can give back to the community,” Dripping Springs Elite President Steve Mallett said in a news release. “Protecting sensitive information is important, and this free service makes it easy for residents and businesses to do just that.”

Organizers can only accept documents until the shred truck is full, so community members are encouraged to arrive early.
