The team behind Modern Chinese restaurant Zoé Tong and Terry Black's BBQ are joining forces to open a food truck with a 125-seat patio in the Zilker neighborhood.
Sí Baby-Q will open May 4 next to Zoé Tong at 1530 Barton Springs Road, Austin.

Sí Baby-Q will serve smoked meats with distinct Asian flavor profiles, representatives said. The menu’s star items include mala-spiced pulled lamb and smoked chicken with butterworth curry and smoked napa cabbage kimchi.
