Tex-Mex restaurant Chuy’s will open its first East Austin location in the Mueller neighborhood next week.
On the menu
Chuy’s will serve a variety of Tex-Mex dishes, including:
- “Big As Yo’ Face” Burritos with a choice of bean and cheese, roasted chicken or seasoned ground beef
- Tacos served with Mexican rice and refried beans
- Enchiladas each served with one of Chuy’s eight made-from-scratch sauces
- Chicken or beef fajitas that are marinated in Shiner Bock beer, lime juice, serrano peppers and spices
Chuy’s also offers a variety of margaritas, mojitos, beer and wine.
