Christian Cox opened her own Pilates studio on North Lamar Boulevard at the end of 2023 to fill a need in the Austin area with classical authentic Pilates.
The details
Cox has practiced Pilates for more than two decades, both in Los Angeles and New York City, which garnered her with a rolodex of famous clients from the United States and abroad.
She and her team at AM Radio Pilates offer private and small-group classes, including classical reformer classes—which feature spring-loaded equipment—and others for a mixture of experience level.
