Radius Butcher & Grocery is now open in what was formerly the Salt & Time Butcher Shop and Restaurant space, continuing the tradition of offering Austin residents locally-sourced products.

Led by founder Kevin Fishner and head butcher Joe Saenz, the grocer sources food from local farms.
Along with pastured meats, Radius offers a selection of organic produce, grains, eggs, cheeses and seafood.
