Holiday festivals, lights and a cowboy Santa– there’s an event for everyone to check out between Dec. 6 and Dec. 8.

The 13th annual outdoor production featuring over 300 cast and crew will depict the life of Jesus Christ.
The city of Round Rock will host its annual Light Up The Lake event at Old Settlers Park. The event features a light show, giant balloons hovering over Bright Lake, live music, holiday displays, holiday food and refreshments, crafts and other activities.
Buda’s annual Christmas festival will have a vendor market, lighted parade and pictures with Santa.
Attendees can find cowboy Santa Claus, a holiday market, a light trail, carnival games and a silent auction.
Nearly 100 vendors will sell Christmas gifts, crafted items, packaged Texas foods and more.
Residents can walk or run to celebrate the holiday season and help raise funds for Mina Elementary School. Proceeds will benefit the student activities fund and be used for future on-campus, community-wide races and field day activities.
The downtown holiday festival will have live music, food, drinks, kids games and activities.
Members of the Austin Chamber Music Center will play holiday classics from “A Charlie Brown Christmas” at the State Theatre.
Adults are invited to the Hutto Hippo Claus Crawl to stroll around downtown Hutto in seasonal sweaters and Santa suits. A variety of craft drinks will be available at over 20 beverage stops.
Starting Dec. 8, guests can enjoy live music and shop local vendors’ food and artisan booths during select weekends in December. Photos and letters with Santa will also be available.
