<p>THE ISSUANCE OF $208,814,047 SCHOOL BUILDING BONDS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION, ACQUISITION, REHABILITATION, RENOVATION, EXPANSION, IMPROVEMENT AND EQUIPMENT OF SCHOOL BUILDINGS IN THE DISTRICT (INCLUDING INSTRUCTIONAL FACILITIES AND BUILDING SYSTEMS), THE PURCHASE OF THE NECESSARY SITES FOR SCHOOL BUILDINGS AND THE PURCHASE OF NEW SCHOOL BUSES, AND THE LEVY AND IMPOSITION OF TAXES SUFFICIENT TO PAY THE PRINCIPAL OF AND INTEREST ON THE BONDS AND THE COSTS OF ANY CREDIT AGREEMENTS. THIS IS A PROPERTY TAX INCREASE.&nbsp;</p>

<p>THE ISSUANCE OF $102,857,074 SCHOOL BUILDING BONDS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION, ACQUISITION, REHABILITATION, RENOVATION, EXPANSION, IMPROVEMENT AND EQUIPMENT OF SCHOOL BUILDINGS IN THE DISTRICT, INCLUDING THEATER AND FINE ARTS, ATHLETICS, AND CAREER AND TECHNICAL EDUCATION FACILITIES, AND THE LEVY AND IMPOSITION OF TAXES SUFFICIENT TO PAY THE PRINCIPAL OF AND INTEREST ON THE BONDS AND THE COSTS OF ANY CREDIT AGREEMENTS. THIS IS A PROPERTY TAX INCREASE.&nbsp;</p>

<p>THE ISSUANCE OF $3,980,000 SCHOOL BUILDING BONDS FOR THE ACQUISITION, IMPROVEMENT AND UPGRADING OF TECHNOLOGY SYSTEMS, INCLUDING RELATED INFRASTRUCTURE AND EQUIPMENT, AND THE LEVY AND IMPOSITION OF TAXES SUFFICIENT TO PAY THE PRINCIPAL OF AND INTEREST ON THE BONDS AND THE COSTS OF ANY CREDIT AGREEMENTS. THIS IS A PROPERTY TAX INCREASE</p>

<p>THE ISSUANCE OF $52,173,445 SCHOOL BUILDING BONDS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION, ACQUISITION, REHABILITATION, RENOVATION, EXPANSION, IMPROVEMENT AND EQUIPMENT OF SCHOOL BUILDINGS IN THE DISTRICT, INCLUDING OUTDOOR MULTIPURPOSE PAVILIONS, AND THE LEVY AND IMPOSITION OF TAXES SUFFICIENT TO PAY THE PRINCIPAL OF AND INTEREST ON THE BONDS AND THE COSTS OF ANY CREDIT AGREEMENTS. THIS IS A PROPERTY TAX INCREASE.&nbsp;</p>

<p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Proposition A—Purchase attendance credit election</span></p><p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Authorizing the Board of Trustees of San Marcos Consolidated Independent School District to Purchase Attendance Credit from the State using local tax revenue.</span></p>

<p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">The issuance of an amount not to exceed $147,724,645 school building bonds for the construction, renovation, acquisition and equipment of school buildings in the district, the purchase of necessary sites for school buildings; and the purchase of new school buses; and the levying and imposition of taxes sufficient to pay the principal of and interest on the bonds and the costs of any credit agreements. This is a property tax increase.</span></p>

<p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">The issuance of an amount not to exceed $984,563 school bonds for the construction, renovation and equipment of San Marcos High School Stadium; and the levying and imposition of taxes sufficient to pay the principal of and interest on the bonds and the costs of any credit agreements. This is a property tax increase.</span></p>

<p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">The issuance of an amount not to exceed $17,478,750 school bonds for the construction, renovation and equipment of a natatorium; and the levying and imposition of taxes sufficient to pay the principal of and interest on the bonds and the costs of any credit agreements. This is a property tax increase.</span></p>
