Kyle restaurant offers extensive menu, begins expansion plans
When Frank Lai opened Koy Chinese & Sushi in 2010, Kyle was not a city known for its raw fish options.
But Lai brought with him more than two decade of experience as a chef and said there was a clear need in the city for healthy options.
The restaurant's specialties include sesame chicken ($10.25), General Tso's chicken ($10.25), beef broccoli ($9.25), sweet and sour chicken ($8.75), and sushi.
The sushi menu includes special rolls such as the dragon roll ($12.95)—softshell crab topped with eel and avocado—as well as a California roll ($6) and a spicy tuna roll ($7).
