Charlotte Russe, a national women's clothing change originally established in the 1970s, filed for bankruptcy in February and announced it would close all of its more than 500 stores. The San Marcos store, located at 4015 S. I-35, Ste. 321, in the Tanger Outlets, began its liquidation sale March 7. According to an employee, the store expects to close in April.
