Several holiday events are slated for November and December throughout the city of Buda, including the Festival of Trees, a virtual tree lighting and a Santa Neighborhood Drive.
During City Council's Oct. 20 meeting, officials received an update regarding how those events will play out in light of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Because of COVID-19, many of those events have been adjusted, including the Trail of Lights, which will now be a drive-thru event, according to Buda Communications Director David Marino.
The holiday event schedule was presented by Tourism Director Lysa Gonzales, Parks & Recreation Director Greg Olmer and Main Street Program Manager Maggie Gillespie.
