With all precincts in Hays County reporting, Propositions A and B have passed with 55.49% and 56.23% of the vote respectively.
Results are updated as of 10:34 p.m. and are unofficial until they are canvassed and certified by the county clerk. Under Texas election law, the clerk accepts and counts mail-in ballots postmarked by Election Day and received by Nov. 4, if they were sent from inside the U.S., or Nov. 9 if they were sent from outside the U.S.
A pair of propositions in the city of Kyle totaling $47 million in bond issuance for a public safety facility and city parks are showing favorability in early voting numbers for Hays County.
