The Dacy Business Park is expanding its facilities by constructing four new buildings.
The overview
The business park’s third phase of construction began on Oct. 1 and includes buildings 1, 4, 8 and 12, according to a news release. The phase will add 43,050 square feet to the project at 3300 Dacy Lane in Kyle.
Building 1 will be the Dacy Business Park’s flagship building. It will house businesses that want more visibility from traffic on Dacy Lane. The road serves 10,815 vehicles a day, according to the 2025 TPP Statewide Traffic Count.
The expansion will bring new commercial properties to Kyle, increasing the local tax base and creating space for additional businesses, according to the release. Space at Dacy Business Park is available for sale, lease or lease-to-own arrangements. Available suites will combine office and warehouse space.
