A new development called The Well is underway next to Bradfield Village Park at 835 Main St. in Buda by Asterra Properties.
The details
There are three buildings in the works for the development to bring around 30,000 square feet of mixed-use space to Buda, according to the retail listing. Senior Associate Ross Colley said space has already been sold for a veterinary clinic and an office space.
There has been interest for the other buildings, Colley said, which would bring in more restaurants, retail space and even more medical spaces.
