A new apartment complex, Arden 231, is nearing completion in San Marcos.
The project is being developed by Dallas-based real estate developer Kalterra Capital Partners LLC.
Arden 231 is slated to open in March, according to an email from Whitney Miller, SunRidge Management Group Inc.'s marketing director.
