With less than 30 days to go until the Hays CISD board of trustee elections, candidates on Thursday were required to submit their most recent campaign finance reports detailing expenditures and donations from the beginning of January through March 26. Michael Sanchez and Will McManus submitted their information. The other candidates opted for modified filing, which means they have pledged not to raise or spend more than $500 and were not required to submit their finance reports.
