The Albert B. Alkek Library first opened on Texas State University’s campus in 1990. Since its opening, the student body has nearly doubled. This summer, the building’s sixth floor will undergo renovations to further expand its offerings.
The details
Approximately 38,000 square feet of the library’s sixth floor will undergo interior renovations. The scope of the work will include the construction of new staff offices and student group study support spaces.
