Real estate company acquires Central Texas Logistics Center in San Marcos

On Sept. 30, Triten Real Estate Partners, a national real estate investment, development and operating firm specializing in supply chain logistics, announced the acquisition of Central Texas Logistics Center, located at 1551-1600 Clovis Barker in San Marcos.

Central Texas Logistics Center consists of 485,885 square feet of industrial space spanning across seven buildings.

The property acquisition is Triten's first asset in the Austin submarket and its largest industrial acquisition to date, the news release states.
