A new locally owned market is opening soon in downtown San Marcos.
What’s happening
Ollie’s Market, an independent grocery store, is slated to open in University Plaza later this summer.
The market’s owners, husband and wife Eli and Natalie Zablosky, are focused on stocking the market with locally sourced, health-conscious produce, pantry staples, dairy, meat and more.
There are also plans for Ollie’s Market to have an in-house deli offering freshly prepared food like sandwiches and salads on a rotating seasonal menu.
About the owners
Natalie Zablosky was born and raised in San Marcos, and Eli Zablosky has previously owned and operated Tantra Coffeehouse and San Marcos Film Lab. They're currently fundraising to help with Ollie’s Market opening costs.
