Junewood apartment complex opens near I-35 in Buda

Junewood, a new luxury apartment complex in Buda, opened in March and is now leasing units as residents begin moving in.

The overview

Located about half a mile east of the I-35 interchange, the 259-unit development offers one-bedroom apartments up to three-bedroom, 3.5-bath townhomes, according to Ed Fanselow on behalf of RPM Living, who manages the complex. Junewood features amenities such as a resort-style pool, a fitness center, a business center and a clubhouse available for resident events. The complex is also pet-friendly.

Digging deeper

Leasing prices start at $1,340 for a one-bedroom unit and reach up to $2,800 for the largest townhome. Early move-in incentives include up to 10 weeks of free rent, waived application and administrative fees for leases signed within 48 hours of a tour, and a preferred employer program with additional discounts.

Junewood is located near restaurants, schools and retail, with access to both Austin and New Braunfels for commuters.
