Club Pilates will be opening inside the Stonecreek Crossing shopping center.
Franchise owners Brandi Belvins and Julia Kellcy said they are aiming to open early this fall.
Belvins said they decided to expand to San Marcos because of growth and expansion along the I-35 Corridor.
"We love pilates and we think everybody needs it so we [want to] bring it to the community," she said.
Club Pilates offers several different class types including Reformer Flow, Cardio-Sculpt, Center + Balance, Control, Restore, Suspend and F.I.T.
Belvins and Kellcy also own three other Club Pilates locations in Buda, Kyle and Abilene with plans for expanding to San Angelo and Bulverde.
