Ally Medical Emergency Room opened in front of Cabela’s in Buda on May 6.

This is the company’s eighth emergency room in Texas and the second in Hays County. Ally Medical opened a facility in Dripping Springs last summer.

The new emergency room in Buda features full-service CT scans, X-rays and a pharmacy.

Dr. Jeremy Kenter, chief medical officer of Ally Medical, said he wants patients and visitors of Ally Medical in Buda to have a positive experience.

“Everybody's been to a health care facility, some negative experiences, some positive experiences,” Kenter said. “We really wanted to start an ER where we can have that positive experience that we would want to give not only ourselves but our family, and that it really is what we're trying to provide here.”
