1. Toepperwein Road from Nacogdoches Road to Raintree Forest project
- Project: Part of the 2022-27 bond program, the project will construct roadway improvements, such as sidewalks, curbs, driveway approaches and drainage, on Toepperwein Road from Nacogdoches Road to Raintree Forest.
- Update: Currently in the design phase, the project is estimated to begin in winter 2027.
- Timeline: winter 2027-fall 2028
- Cost: $14.8 million
- Funding source: 2022 general obligation bond, CPS Energy, San Antonio Water System
2. Classen Road project
- Project: Part of the 2022-27 bond program, the project will construct roadway improvements on Classen Road from Classen Spur to Knollcreek Drive. Improvements include extending the roadway, adding two lanes and a center turn lane, a sidewalk and a shared-use path, a multi-box drainage culvert and an underground drainage system.
- Update: Currently in the design phase, the project is estimated to begin this spring.
- Timeline: spring 2026-fall 2027
- Cost: $10.32 million
- Funding source: 2022 general obligation bond, San Antonio Water System
3. Evans Road drainage improvements phase 1
- Project: Part of the 2022-27 bond program, work includes rebuilding the street, widening sidewalks and improving drainage on Evans Road from Roan Park to Masonwood Drive.
- Update: According to the city documents, the project’s design phase is 70% complete.
- Timeline: summer 2025-summer 2027
- Cost: $8.45 million
- Funding source: 2022-27 bond program

4. Loop 1604 from Redland Road to Judson Road
- Project: Part of the Loop 1604 North Expansion Project, the Loop 1604 from Redland Road to Judson Road project aims to upgrade the transit corridor from a four-lane expressway to a 10-lane expressway. Additional upgrades include reconfiguring the layout of auxiliary lanes and entrance and exit ramps, and adding a high-occupancy vehicle lane in each direction.
- Update: Currently under construction, the project is Segment 5 of the larger project and is 21% complete.
- Timeline: 2025-28
- Cost: $205 million
- Funding source: state and federal funds
5. District 9 Pedestrian Mobility
