Incumbent Michelle Watson will keep her seat on Schertz City Council, Place 2.
Watson received 65.38% of votes, defeating John Carbon, who received 34.62% of votes, according to unofficial election results from Bexar, Comal and Guadalupe counties.
Guadalupe County saw 21,804 ballots cast, marking 16.37% of registered voters. Bexar and Comal Counties saw 19.31% and 18% voter turnout, respectively.

Two candidates—incumbent Michelle Watson and challenge John Carbon—are vying for the Schertz City Council Place 2 position.
According to unofficial early voting results, Watson is leading with 2,150 votes. Carbon has received 1,234 votes.
Watson was elected to office in 2023, after winning a runoff election against Tiffany M. Gibson, as previously reported by Community Impact.
What else?
In early voting, there were 11,574 ballots cast countywide, which represents 8.69% of Guadalupe County's registered voters. In Bexar County, 148,450, or 11.54% of voters cast a ballot, and in Comal County, 15,624 or 11% of registered voters cast a ballot.
Totals from ballots cast Nov. 4 have yet to be released. Polls closed at 7 p.m., although voters who were in line at 7 p.m. were still able to cast ballots.
