The Bank of San Antonio and the Bank of New Braunfels as well as other affiliate banks in Austin, Kerrville, Fredericksburg and Bandera will now be branded under the name of their bank charter: Texas Partners Bank.

The gist

Each of the banks will retain their individual names to differentiate between them and their geographical locations, but the names will now be nested under the Texas Partners Bank logo. According to a press release, the rebranding will be completed by early 2025.

"It's a transition that we wanted to go ahead and make and basically celebrate our growth," J. Bruce Bugg Jr., CEO of Texas Partners Bank, said.

Founded in 2007, Texas Partners Bank is an entrepreneur-led-and-focused regional bank with over $2 billion in assets. The bank has a combined 11 branches and 230 employees.
