The contract has a minimum annual guarantee of $1.083 million and is projected to generate over $12 million in revenue over a 10 year term. Generated revenues will be deposited into the Airport Operating and Maintenance Fund.

The backstory

Host True Flavors was originally awarded the contract during the Nov. 21 City Council meeting. According to city documents, Host True Flavors will implement nine restaurant concepts in 11,836 square feet in Terminals A and B.

Originally, the concession contract was required to be broken into two contracts and be awarded to two separate companies. However, on Nov. 21, City Council voted to amend the requirements and award the Terminal A and B contracts to Host True Flavors.
