As part of the 2022-27 Bond Program, San Antonio city officials will reconstruct a series of District 10 roads in severe disrepair.

The overview

As a means of prioritizing roadways repairs, the city grades most streets in San Antonio from A to F. Using special equipment, city officials produce a pavement condition index from 0 to 100. Approximately 11%, or about 471 miles, are failing with a PCI of 40 or below.
