New Braunfels
Wassailfest
There will be free wassail tastings, festive lights and light music from local school choirs. Attendees will be able to sample various wassail recipes from different businesses, nonprofits and organizations. Wassail is a traditional German holiday beverage consisting of a warm, spiced apple drink, cranberry juice, orange juice, and other spices and flavors.

The annual medieval festival will showcase jesters, kings, queens and other actors. There will also be an artisan market, food vendors and live music.
