Ginger’s Bistro, a new restaurant serving American cuisine, is coming to TPC Parkway this winter.

The details

Owned by John and Sharrah Lopez, the new restaurant will feature Southern comfort foods, a full bar, an appetizer menu featuring wings and other favorites, cocktails and Cajun and Creole dishes. Ginger’s Bistro will also offer a Hawaiian-inspired dish known as Moco Loco, which will feature braised short rib, a brown gravy and a fried egg on a bed of rice. The restaurant will also offer a special brunch menu on weekends, along with a mimosa menu.

Dishes include buttermilk fried chicken, bone-in ribeye steak, sirloin steak, burgers, sandwiches, salads, chicken and sausage gumbo, crawfish etouffee and braised beef tacos.

“We are going to be serving up fresh seasonal dishes as well as handcrafted drinks,” Sharrah Lopez said. “We're going to portray a warm, welcoming space. We'll have brunch from bruschettas and signature mimosas to cozy dinners and cocktails. Basically, every bite and sip is designed to delight. So, whether you're going to be there for a casual brunch, a date night, or drinks with friends, Ginger's Bistro is your spot for good food, great company and genuine flavor.”
