A regional chain of dermatology clinics in the San Antonio area has shifted its name and ownership.

What’s happening

Dermatology Associates of San Antonio announced its partnership with Epiphany Dermatology on Dec. 3, according to a statement on the old clinic’s website.

The chain’s three locations throughout North San Antonio have been included in the merger:
  • 11503 NW Military Hwy., Ste. 321, Shavano Park
  • 18540 Sigma Road, San Antonio
  • 15900 La Cantera Parkway, Ste. 20270, San Antonio
“The Dermatology Associates of San Antonio staff is excited to join the Epiphany Dermatology team,” a statement from the business said.

Although the clinics will operate under a new name, the staff will remain the same and previous medical records will remain on-site, according to the statement.


The Austin-based health conglomerate owns hundreds of locations across the United States, from Washington State to Maryland, according to their clinic locator tool.

Epiphany Dermatology now has four locations within the metropolitan area, with another in Northeast San Antonio at 7832 Pat Booker Road in Live Oak.
