What’s special about it?

The restaurant serves an array of Sichuan dishes, featuring some entrees that Xia said she created herself.

“This food is my favorite, it’s a family recipe,” Xia said.

These custom creations include Double Pepper Chicken, Steamed Sliced Fish with Pepper Mix and Ping’s Boiled Spicy Beef.

“These are some of the most popular, too,” Xia said.

Classic Chinese meals like General Tso’s chicken, Kung Pao shrimp, and Beijing shredded pork are also on the menu.
