The San Antonio Apartment Association on Jan. 23 announced its 2023 board of directors during the organization’s installation gala held at Hyatt Regency Hill Country Resort And Spa.
A news releases spells out the 2023 board officers are:
- President: Renetta Quintana, Capstone Real Estate Services
- President-elect: Ryan Baldwin, Franklin Apartment Management
- Immediate past president : Victoria Dries-Keeler, CAPS; Churchill Forge Properties
- Past president: Jennifer Morales, Asset Living
- Vice president: Chris Brown, Emergency Cleaning Solutions
- Treasurer: Sunny Giarritta, NRP Management
- Secretary: Alan Ross, Bob Ross Realty
- Product Service Council president: Omar Rodriguez, Google Fiber
Returning to the volunteer role, Quintana previously served as SAAA president in 2013 and on the association’s executive committee for more than 10 years in officer and director roles, the release said.
Quintana has also chaired the membership, government affairs, nominating, leadership lyceum and programs committees. Additionally, she sits on the Texas Apartment Association’s board of directors, served as the TAA’s executive vice president at large from 2018-20 and has chaired numerous committees.
Additionally, Quintana served on the National Apartment Association’s Fair Housing Act 50th Anniversary Task Force in 2018 and has been the local NAA delegate for the past 12 years.
Quintana is regional vice president at Capstone Real Estate Management and has more than 25 years of multifamily industry experience across the Texas market, the release said.
Her work has been recognized with numerous industry awards, including Capstone’s Achievement of Excellence for Property Manager, Achievement of Excellence for Assistant Property Manager, Assistant Property Manager of the Year, and Achievement Award for Leasing.

Additionally, Kyle Ward recently joined the association as its executive director, replacing interim Executive Director Celine Williams, the release said.
Ward brings extensive nonprofit management experience to the SAAA, with past leadership roles at the local, state and national levels, including the Boy Scouts of America in Dallas and the National Office of Mothers Against Drunk Driving in Irving, Texas, where he served in a number of roles, including the first deputy executive director.
Prior to joining SAAA, Ward led as executive director of the largest child advocacy association in the Lone Star state, the Austin-based Texas Parent Teacher Association. During his 16-year tenure, he saw Texas PTA become the nation’s second-largest state PTA with 500,000 members.
The release said Ward spearheaded efforts to build a new Texas PTA headquarters with zero debt, launched a major branding/public relations initiative to re-energize the association and its local PTAs to drive membership growth, expanded the PTA's grassroots advocacy presence and legislative agenda, and guided a governance model transition to improve the association's efficiency and relevance.
Ward graduated from The University of Texas at Arlington with a degree in communications and media studies, the release said. He is a Certified Association Executive and is a past board member for the Texas Society of Association Executives.
