Discovery Church is in the process of opening a new children’s building at 242 Country Lane in Cibolo.

Alison Smith, family and children’s pastor for Discovery Church, said the new metal building will be a space for Sunday morning church services and youth.
“We are hoping to partner with the community in other areas of using the building as well,” Smith told Community Impact.
Smith said they are hoping the building will also be utilized as a space where youth or kids ministries can fundraise. She said they are anticipating breaking ground on the project in late March or early April. The building is expected to open in mid-August or early September.
