The nonprofit organization—which opened in 1981—provides services to runaway youth experiencing homelessness and children in foster care. Connections Individual and Family Services has since expanded its services, with the addition of a youth shelter, transitional living for children aging out of the foster care system and a new Affordable Rate Counseling, or ARC Program, Chief Operations Officer Monika Baptista said.
The ARC Program launched in September 2025, offering counseling services for a flat rate of $45, as previously reported by Community Impact.
