Games are played through accounts managed by staff, and 10%-20% of proceeds are donated to local charities, including the Veterans of Foreign Wars, West said.
How it works
Unlike traditional gambling, the sweepstakes hall operates under a legal framework, West said. Customers open accounts and add funds, which the business manages. Winnings are paid out in cash prizes.
