Editor's note: This story and headline have been updated to reflect that Guadalupe County could receive up to $1.25 million for flood warning signs.
Guadalupe County commissioners entered into an agreement Jan. 6 with the Texas Water Development Board, or TWDB, for outdoor warning signs.
