Residents unable to attend in person may watch a livestream or television broadcast of the town hall or listen in via telephone. Tech Port Arena will host a 48-Hour Film Project screening of 27 short films produced by local filmmakers over a 48-hour period the previous weekend. The films will be screened and judged by celebrity judges to determine which film will be invited to screen at the international Filmapalooza in Washington, D.C.
