In the Precinct 4 race, incumbent Chad Carpenter pulled the majority of votes, garnering 1,542, or 64.71%, of ballots. Brett D’Spain received the remaining 841, or 35.29%, of votes.
Carpenter will run unopposed in November, meaning he will remain commissioner following the canvassing of votes.
In the Precinct 2 race, incumbent Andra Wisian will move to a runoff against J.C. Taylor. In the March 3 election, Wisian received 1,360, or 47.80%, of votes, while Taylor received 1,088, or 38.24%, of votes. Richard Elkins received the remaining 397, or 13.95%, of votes.
