This popular dessert chain is planning to open a new location in Boerne this summer.

The scoop

Nothing Bundt Cakes is expecting to open around June 15, owner Laura Gonzalez told Community Impact. Gonzalez owns four additional locations in the Central Texas region.

The new bakery will be located at 115 Norris Lane, Bldg. 5, just off of I-10 in Boerne. It’s nestled inside the Boerne Town Center shopping area, a new development still under construction that will eventually serve Boerne, according to previous reporting from Community Impact.
