On March 3, construction on a new left-turn lane from northbound Fair Oaks Parkway onto Front Gate will begin. Fair Oaks Ranch City Council authorized the project Feb. 5.
The details
The nearly $87,000 project will add 2 feet of pavement to the median and 1 foot to the outside shoulder while realigning the lanes.
According to the Feb. 5 agenda, this adjustment improves turning movements, sight distance and clearance for motorists exiting Front Gate onto eastbound Fair Oaks Parkway.
