The details
According to the Jan. 12 agenda, P&Z will make recommendations to Boerne City Council regarding the two plats.
A final plat is the final drawing that is recorded, following approval by the city. It contains locations and dimensions of lot lines, easements, along with necessary dedications, easements and restrictions.
The final plat will be one step closer to projects moving forward, should they be approved.
In 2025, Buc-ee’s was a major topic across multiple City Council and P&Z meetings, and the development agreement for the project was updated in October. In December, P&Z approved the zoning classification for a parking lot at the Buc-ee’s site.
Siena Court is an upcoming garden home community located northeast of Dailey and Frey streets.
Developed by Greenway Cottage Builders LLC, the community will feature 25 lots, with homes ranging from 1,400 square feet to 1,900 square feet.
The developer is also behind The Cottages on Oak Park, a community neighboring Siena Court.
Planning and Zoning meetings are held in the City Council chambers at City Hall, 447 North Main St., Boerne. The meeting is scheduled to begin at 6 p.m.
