Boerne City Council to hold Oct. 27 special meeting discussing Scooter's Coffee, Buc-ee's

Alongside the public hearing, City Council will consider multiple resolutions regarding contracts and other services.

The final agenda item is an executive session for the deliberation of economic development negotiations related to the Buc-ee’s development. Executive session discussions are not open to the public.

Following the session, City Council will reconvene in open session. A resolution amending the economic development agreement is listed on the agenda for consideration. However, City Council can postpone this resolution or take no action on the matter, depending on executive session discussions.

The meeting is planned for Oct. 27, beginning at 6 p.m. City Council meetings are held in City Hall, located at 447 N. Main St., Boerne.
